hundley

This is Hundley (pronounced Hund-ley).

He belongs to the doorman on the PBS series Curious George and lives in the lobby of the Man with the Yellow Hat's building.

This is Hundley (pronounced Hund-wee).

He belongs to Garrett and was named after Curious George's canine friend. In a former life he belonged to Garrett's Grandma Nancy and was known as Billy. Later he belonged to me and was known by whatever name I felt like giving him at the moment. Of all the stuffed dogs in Garrett's collection, Hundley is by far the most loved (which might be an indicator of his longevity in the family).

This is Hundley (pronounced Hun-wee).

He belongs to Caleb and was named after Garrett's dog. In his former life, shortly after he came to our house from his first home in Seattle with Caleb's Great-Grandma Matthews, he was known as New Doggie. He has quickly been assimilated into Caleb's crowd of favorite things, right alongside his beloved Bandie and Baby.

Just as there appears to be no limitation to the number of consecutive episodes of Curious George these boys can sit through, there is also no shortage of Hundley love at our house!

I love that they each have their own--and it's especially endearing that they're hand-me downs.

That's so fun that there are family dogs. I like how Caleb's dog was named "new doggie" for a while. I love kids and their loyalties.

The picture where they are both snuggling their dogs is my favorite. So sweet!
