Tiny as it is, I do love my kitchen. Over the years I've made it my own, and I generally like being in that room doing the things that need to be done there.
But the harsh truth that we don't fit comes back to haunt me several times a day as I trip over little people, their projects and toys, and even the table and chairs while I'm preparing meals. And then there's the elbows, the messy eaters who don't understand the concept of limited space, and the recurring battle of knees vs. table legs when we sit down to eat those meals.
We like to eat together, so we deal with it, but I think we'll need to find a bigger kitchen before Baby #4 is big enough to join us at the table.

Your enchiladas look delicious.
I am impressed at how y'all make things work with limited space. If the kids were all sitting perfectly and were well behaved, then this is really the amount of space you have at a restaurant table anyways. Though you can't set your food on the table to serve it, it works. And maybe it even helps with portion control :).
Wait a minute--does " I think we'll need to find a bigger kitchen before Baby #4 is big enough to join us at the table" mean what I think it means? Are you looking for a new place to live in Brooklyn--or maybe in Oregon?! :D Maybe it is time amp up the prayers for you to come west!
You've probably already considered these, but I thought I'd toss out this idea:
